3K Computers has released the Longitude 400, the company’s first low-cost mini-notebook PC.
The 3K Longitude 400 ultraportable notebook weighs under 2 pounds and includes a 7-inch display, Ingenic 400MHz single core processor, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of Flash memory-based storage, and a full-size keyboard.
Other features of 3K Longitude 400:
- Built-in wireless module
- Ethernet LAN port
- Three USB ports
- SD/SM media card reader
The 3K Longitude 400 costs $399 and is available for preorder through company’s online store. Its competitor, 7-inch Asus Eee PC costs $299.
